What I sell
Freelance web and software development services (websites, custom web apps, API integrations, maintenance). No physical goods are sold or shipped.
Refunds & disputes
Deposits/prepayments are refundable until work begins on the related milestone. After work starts, refunds are limited to any unperformed scope in that milestone. Hourly work that’s been completed is non-refundable. If there’s an issue, please contact me via the form on the Contact page and I’ll work to resolve it quickly and fairly.
Cancellation
I do not offer subscriptions at this time. Project work may be canceled at any point with written notice through the contact form. You’ll be billed pro-rata for work completed to date, and any unused prepaid amounts for future work will be refunded.
Returns
Not applicable. No physical goods are provided.
Legal & export
Services are provided only where lawful. I don’t provide services to persons or entities in jurisdictions subject to applicable sanctions or export restrictions.
Promotions
No promotions are currently offered. If a promotion is advertised, its terms and conditions will be posted here.
Privacy notice
I collect the information you submit (name, email, project details) to respond to inquiries and deliver services. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; I do not store full card numbers. Limited data may be shared with service providers (e.g., website hosting, payments) to operate this site. You can request access, correction, or deletion via the contact form.
